Photaf Panorama

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or uploading content to Photaf Panorama (the "Service"), operated by Bengigi Studio ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Photaf Panorama allows users to capture, upload, view, and share 360-degree panoramic images. The Service includes a web-based gallery and an Android mobile application.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to upload content or vote.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the panorama images you upload.
By uploading content and setting it to "Public", you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and create thumbnails of your content within the Service.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
You may delete your content at any time. Deletion removes the image and all associated data from our servers.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activities
Contains pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
Contains personal information of others without their consent
Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Is spam, advertising, or commercially deceptive

6. Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice via our DMCA page. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders, at our sole discretion.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. This removes all your data permanently.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bengigi Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
