Delete Your Account
Photaf Panorama and Photaf Panorama Free — by Bengigi StudioThis page explains how to permanently delete your Photaf account and all associated data. It applies to both the Photaf Panorama (paid) and Photaf Panorama Free Android apps, as well as the Photaf community gallery on this website.
Quick steps
- Open https://www.photaf.com/account in your browser.
- Click Sign in with Google and sign in with the same Google account you use inside the Photaf app.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section.
- Click Delete My Account and confirm the prompt.
The deletion is processed immediately. Once it completes you will be signed out and your account and all associated data described below will be removed from our active systems.
What gets deleted
When you delete your Photaf account, the following data is removed from our active systems:
- Your Photaf account record (Google user ID, name, email).
- All panoramas you uploaded to the Photaf community gallery, including images, generated thumbnails, captions, optional location tags, visibility settings, and capture geometry metadata.
- All votes you cast on community panoramas.
- Your stored consent records linked to the account.
What may be kept and for how long

None of the retained items are used to re-create or restore your deleted account. Deleted panoramas, votes, captions, and account records are not recoverable once deletion completes.
Data that stays only on your device
Photaf is primarily an on-device app. Panoramas you capture and store in the app are saved in your device's local storage and are not sent to our servers unless you explicitly upload them to the community gallery. Local panoramas are not affected by an account deletion request. To remove local panoramas, delete them from inside the app or uninstall the app.
Delete individual panoramas without deleting your account
If you only want to remove a single uploaded panorama instead of your entire account:
- Sign in to https://www.photaf.com/gallery with the same Google account.
- Open the panorama you want to remove.
- Use the panorama's delete option to remove it from the gallery.
Inside the Android app, you can also long-press a panorama in the Web Gallery tab and choose Delete to remove it from the gallery.
If you cannot sign in
If you no longer have access to the Google account you used with Photaf, or if the in-app or website flow does not work for you, email support@bengigi.com from the email address associated with your Photaf account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
About ads and the Free version
The free version of Photaf Panorama uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers under Google's own policies. Deleting your Photaf account does not delete advertising identifiers held by Google or other ad partners. To control ad personalization or reset your advertising ID, use your device settings and Google's advertising privacy controls.
